Doriana R. Fontanella

After many years as a small business owner, Ms. Fontanella now practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, Taxation, and Business Planning.  She has taught in the areas of fiduciary income taxation and legal resources.  Ms. Fontanella is conversant in Italian and French.  She is a former member of the Zonta Club of Denver where she served on the Board of Directors and chaired various committees.  Her outside activities include extensive foreign travel.

Ms. Fontanella obtained an LL.M. in Taxation from the Denver University Graduate Tax Program.  She graduated summa cum laude from the College of Mount Saint Vincent in New York where she majored in History and Philosophy.  She was the recipient of the History Department Award and the Phi Alpha Theta (history honor society) award.  She was also named in Who's Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities.  Ms. Fontanella studied law at the Notre Dame Law School at both the South Bend, Indiana location and the London, England location.
