 Martin J. Green (1951-2007) Denver, Colorado
Mr. Green's legal practice focused on Estate Planning, Tax Planning, and Mergers and Acquisitions. A Colorado native, he was admitted to practice in Colorado, in the United States District Court, and the United States Tax Court. He was also a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations. He held a degree in Business Administration and a Masters degree in Taxation, and practiced as a CPA for seven years. He subsequently obtained his law degree and was practicing law in Colorado since 1984. He attended Colorado State University( B.A., 1973; M.S., 1978) and the University of Pacific (J.D., 1983). |
